About the event

Meeting of AWT Members to be held at 6 pm on Monday 25^th May 2026 in the AWT Office, 48 Victoria Street (remote attendance possible by request), for the following purposes:

1. to approve the Minutes of the Members’ Meeting held on 26^th May 2025
2. to receive the Chairman's report
3. to pass a resolution of the Members designating the Directors to be appointed (and, if relevant, removed) at the following General Meeting 

                 The names of those persons proposed for reappointment as Director pursuant to clause 14.1 (a) of the Articles of Association are as follows:

                             Nigel Clarke    

                             Brian Heath

Nominations for appointment of any other person as a Director may be given by written notice signed by 2 Members, together with written confirmation by the nominee of their willingness to act, not less than fourteen days before the date of the meeting.

4. to review of the Company’s Financial Statements for 2025
5. to receive the CEO’s report
6. to transact Any Other Business or proposals from members which shall be submitted in writing at least seven days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
