Gannet Cam

Discover Alderney's Gannets on the Les Etacs colony, just 350 metres off the West coast of Alderney, and home to around 5,800 pairs of Northern Gannets from February to October each year.   If you want to find out more about how to see them in person why not www.visitalderney.com.

From Gannet Cam, you can follow the breeding story of each bird from courtship to fledging of chicks later in the season, as well as magnificent behavioural interactions between individuals.

The camera’s powerful zoom shares images from around the colony including Guillemots on the lower reaches of ‘North Stack High’ and the dynamic tidal environment around the colony.
