About the event

Join us for a party of sit and spot! You can drop in and out of the session. Just 10 minutes observing a patch of flowers on a sunny day and counting the insects that visit them. It's a great chance to observe busy and diverse pollinators of the island, identifying if that's a bumblebee, honeybee, beetle, butterfly or moth, etc.

Your observations will contribute to our understanding of what pollinators are important for Alderney's flowers and help track their populations over time.

Everyone can join, either adults or children! This event is family-friendly. You don't have to be an expert to join. Our ecologists will be there to support you.

 When? Saturday 31st May, 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
