The Annual General Meeting of the Trust will be held in the AWT Offices, 48 Victoria Street, at 6pm on Monday 2nd July 2018

AGENDA

 i. to approve the minutes of the 8th June 2017 A.G.M

 ii. to receive the President's report

iii. to examine and, if thought fit, to approve the Accounts for the past
  Financial Year

iv. to elect Executive Officers, and Members of the Committee

 The names of candidates proposed by the Committee for election as Executive Officers are:

President: Ian Carter
Hon Treasurer: Jane Page
Hon Secretary: Lindsay Pyne

The nominations for Committee Members of the Trust are:

Brian Bonnard
Ian Carter
Nigel Clarke
Grant Le Marchant
Catherine Veron

The Trust welcomes additional nominations for Committee Members

Any member wishing to nominate a Member to serve on the Committee must give written notice to the Honorary Secretary, together with written confirmation by the nominee of their willingness to act, not less than seven days before the date of the meeting.

v Managers report

vi to transact Any Other Business or proposals from members which shall be submitted in writing at least seven days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
